About us:

Mediwhale is a pioneering AI healthcare startup focusing on predicting cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic disease (CVRM) risks using retinal biomarkers. The eye is the only organ where blood vessels are directly visible without invasive procedures, which is our key to unlocking unprecedented insights into human health.

As a member of the Korea Business Division 2, you will be responsible for sales and marketing activities targeting domestic clinics, reporting directly to the Head of Division of Korea Business 2.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new clinic accounts, focusing on internal medicine and family medicine clinics
  • Provide medical staff training to maximize the clinical value of our solutions and support product installation and field operations (software + hardware)
  • Identify customer needs, gather feedback, and analyze competitor and market trends in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Support major academic conferences and exhibitions
  • Develop and communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Support and manage partner sales, including training, product installation, and operational support

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/marketing within the healthcare sector
  • Ability to travel and work on-site as needed

Preferred:

  • Experience working with internal medicine and family medicine clinics
  • Experience handling endocrine and cardiovascular products
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals
  • Experience launching new products
