At this exciting juncture, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer to make our revolutionary vision possible.

Mediwhale’s goal is to bridge the gap between doctors and patients, accelerating the transition to personalized and sustainable healthcare. The Medical Data Manager will lead the processing and analysis of large-scale clinical data, built in collaboration with university hospitals and health check-up centers, playing a crucial role in the development of AI medical devices. Mediwhale is looking for a passionate team member to drive medical innovation with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, manage, and process medical data for AI product development
  • Standardize medical data (e.g., mapping to standard healthcare terminology) and conduct data preprocessing for AI training
  • Communicate with research partners and principal investigators (PIs)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a bio-related field (e.g., pharmacology, nursing, biotechnology)
  • Experience in managing medical research data

Preferred:

  • Experience with medical imaging (DICOM) or EMR data (e.g., Excel)
  • Background as a clinical research nurse
  • Certified Health Information Manager is a plus
  • Experience in projects related to medical AI or healthcare data

Employment Condition:

  • Working hours: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (negotiable)
  • Working period: Over 6 months ~ 1 year maximum (negotiable)
