The eye is the only organ where blood vessels are directly visible without invasive procedures, which is our key to unlocking unprecedented insights into human health.

At this exciting juncture, we invite a skilled Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our vibrant team, play a pivotal role in our novel initiatives, and develop alongside us. This position reports directly to the COO.

**The office is scheduled to move near Hakdong Station in March 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance, accounting, taxation, and treasury
• Establish and manage financial and accounting systems for headquarters and overseas subsidiaries
• Report key metrics through monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings
• Review budget proposals for business units
• Respond to audits and inspections (including those by investment firms)
• Build internal accounting processes
• Supervise and implement cash management, operations, and planning
• Introduce and operate ERP system

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Manage finance and accounting in a listed company
• Experience and understanding of using accounting ERP
• Implement or improve internal accounting management systems

Preferred:

• Able to communicate in business English
• Executed IPO-related tasks
