At this exciting juncture, we are looking for a Strategy member to make our revolutionary vision possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relations & Fundraising
    • Develop investor relations (IR) presentations and decks for funding rounds
    • Support investment fundraising initiatives and investor outreach
    • Ensure timely communication of financial performance and growth strategies to investors
    • Assist in negotiations with potential investors to secure strategic funding partnerships
  • Corporate Strategy Development
    • Collaborate with leadership to shape corporate strategy for short- and long-term goals
    • Lead strategic initiatives for market entry, partnerships, and product development
    • Assess and prioritize business opportunities (e.g., partnerships, acquisitions, or JV)
  • IPO Preparation
    • Prepare documents for the IPO process, including financial reports, IPO filings, and compliance materials
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (e.g., legal, financial) to ensure successful IPO planning and execution
    • Develop and deliver investor presentations for roadshows, highlighting company performance, strategy, and growth plans
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis
    • Conduct competitive landscape and market research for strategic positioning
    • Analyze and forecast industry trends to guide product development and market expansion

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investor relations, or business development
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making (Excel, Power Point)
  • Must possess strong fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI, digital health technologies, or start-ups
  • Experience with IPO in publicly listed companies
