Mediwhale’s goal is to bridge the gap between doctors and patients, accelerating the transition to personalized and sustainable healthcare. To realize this vision, Mediwhale is seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Treasury Management:
    • Manage domestic and international corporate accounts and relationships with financial institutions
    • Execute and report on fund transfers and activities for domestic and international entities
    • Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts and reports on actual cash flow performance
    • Manage surplus funds and optimize liquidity
  • Corporate Card Management:
    • Oversee the issuance, suspension, and termination of corporate cards
    • Manage corporate card limits and monitor related transactions
    • Handle all matters related to corporate card usage and policy compliance
  • Budgeting:
    • Track and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budget execution
    • Assist in the preparation and planning of annual budgets
  • Other treasury-related tasks and support for financial closing
  • Support for external audits and investment due diligence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Taxation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury or finance-related roles
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Highly responsible and detail-oriented
  • Ability to adapt flexibly in a fast-changing environment

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in English for business communication
  • Experience with Duzon ERP (Amaranth)
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device industry, or public companies
